Tasty & healthy Low GI Wheat Atta
Very easy to knead the SugaRlif Atta. Chapatis were soft and retained the texture the next day too! Good for diabetics. Am happy with this new offering from SugaRlif stable. The Low GI sugar- SugaRlif is simply amazing for all diabetics and now this Atta has added much needed healthy eating option. Cost is also very reasonable @ Rs. 125/- per kg. looking at the benefits it has to offer.

Atta quality is very poor, some kind of fungus build in pack.

Not good for diabetics
I started using it for 2 months, but my sugar level and hba1c increased after 2 months. The moment I switched to Jowar atta hba1c came down below 7.0. This atta is not good for lowering ur sugar levels. Avoid it totally. Instead go for diabexy atta Or Jowar atta in summers and bajra in winters. Both of these are way better options than this atta. I am using Jowar atta now which is a much cost effective option than diabexy atta. Sugar levels are back to normal.
