Fantastic , Informative DIY book!
This is a wonderfully written and well put together book! It offers basically all the instruction you need when making your own dairy products, especially if you're a beginner like me! This was my first book ever on making my own cheese, butter and yoghurt and I love it. The Home Creamery makes things easy and simple. The book beautiful inside and out and it arrived promptly. You should try this, it might even save you a few bucks on groceries and keep your favourite dairy products chemical and preservative free! Wonderful buy and I would definitely buy another if I had any friends into this stuff like I am!!

Very easy recipes but small print. I would love if the print filled the pages,and had darker and larger font.

Awesome book
This book is for you if you want to make fresh cheeses at home. You probably have most items already in your kitchen to make cheese. Simple instructions, not complicated to follow and a great activity to do with the grandkids, teaching them the importance of making your own food. It is an awesome resource on my cookbook shelf!

"Why pay others when I can do it myself", is a belief I strongly feel about anything I can make in my kitchen or home. Surprisingly, this is a nice read, easy to follow recipes (for dairy, cheese and food recipes) and provides troubleshooting in case something goes wrong in your adventures. I also like how the book walks you through multiple methods to make your dairy or cheese products. This is a little gem of a how-to book and I'm both happy and pleased with the content within this book.

I brought this book for my mother, as she has been looking for recipes to make her own cheese-type products. So far, we have made cream cheese and ricotta from the book, and it was very successful. With the whey we also made the Twisted Whey-Wheat Rolls which were very nice. This was a great idea, to use some of the whey from the cream cheese making to make bread rolls - the rolls were nice and textured and very tasty. Very ingenious. There are heaps of great recipes for cheese type products in this book, including yoghurt, sour cream, buttermilk, cream cheese, ricotta etc. And then sections of recipes using these products - I'm very keen to try the Sour Cream Raisin Pie which I've always wanted to make. My mother is very happy with this book, and is looking forward to making more recipes from it. Great value for money, heaps of nice recipes. The thing also with this book is that it makes cheese making very easy for the home cook - you don't need loads of expensive equipment, or to have to worry about what you're doing - it's all very straightforward and makes your own cheese products very accessible for any home cook - cheap, easy and most importantly, you know exactly what is in the product - no preservatives, no additives and no artificial colourings or flavourings. Definitely recommended.

Service and delivery excellent. What an interesting read, telling you how to make different cheeses at home, not to the point of challenging the parmesan cheese mafia, but nice enough and easy enough to have a go.
