network features are the main reason I purchased
Great printer but a little convoluted to set up. install the app on your phone and then download the drivers from zebra, don't try to install like a regular printer. Also install the printer setup files, as the default label config is 2x3, so if you are using with shipstation or other shipping label software you will need to change this to 4x6 in the printer config program which is separate from the program that installs the drivers. also install it as a local usb printer 1st as you can't just set it up out of the box on the network.

Good Price/Printer but No US Power Cable - Might not be US Spec!
Good Price on a Good Printer! The reason I took off 1 star was that the printer WAS NOT provided with a US power cable. You will need to provide your own! (Very common C13 plug to Nema-15P 120V for the power brick). It came only with 2 cables for UK (Type G: BS 1363) and EU (Type E: CEE 7/7) So this is apparently NOT US packaged and possibly not US sourced. Here's hoping it won't provide a warranty issue if needed...

Great product, but learning curve is no joke! Buying from this vendor is fine enough, it's all generally marked up.

it was Dead on arrival
We have purchased 4 of these and 3 have been defective. We even got charged a restocking fee for the defective unit. i would not recommend buy this product.

Tuve un detalle con mi compra. Compre 7 y las 7 salieron con el adaptador de corriente Europeo, no para America-México, pense que venia con los 2 tipos de cables pero no fue asi. Seria importante que indicaran esto en la descripción.
