Corelle Livingware 2-Quart Serving Bowl, Winter Frost White 2PK

I’ve been searching for these bowls and finally found them on Amazon but they are not the exact same as the original that I have in that they are a little heavier. The original is extremely lightweight. Still happy that I bought them. Some have mentioned they are too large for a single salad serving but I like the space it allows to mix my salad and eat straight from the bowl. I eat large salads with various ingredients but mostly made up of greens.

Wrong product dimensions! These are the larger bowls, with the 10.5 inch diameter, not the 8.5 inch diameter as listed. Please correct this!

I love corelle dishes. They last forever and are great for everyday and special occasion use. Best of all they are microwaveable and easy to clean. They are stain resistant (I’ve stored spaghetti sauce in refrigerator and reheated it in the microwave and my bowl is still white). Unlike plastic bowls, they don’t absorb color or odor. They are not heavy either so they are easy to handle. The only negative is that they transfer heat so when removing from the microwave, you need to use a pot holder. I’ve had my current dishes since 1992 and they still look like new. Saw these serving bowls and decided to add on to my set.

I've been using Corelle dishes for many years and I really like them. They are simple in style, light weight, durable, easy to clean and I can even throw them in the oven and cook on them (up to 350F). Corelle is consistent year after year with their offering, so you can always add to your collection later without worrying about the match. I bought the 2-quart serving bowls to add to my collection and they are just as good as all the other Corelle dishes I own.

I eat meals with a large amount of vegetables (around 1.5 pounds), and this bowl holds all of my food and (1) lets me mix it easily and (2) ensures that nothing every spills out and makes a mess. I used to put this on a plate, and i ended up precariously stacking everything and very, very carefully mixing it together, and I feel much more comfortable carrying around a bowl of vegetables than a plate stacked high with them.Anyway, this is lightweight and large enough for my use case, and I use it for every meal.

Good addition to my regular Corelle set. The bowls that come as part of the set are never big enough for a dinner stew. These were the perfect size. Light, durable, and don't heat up in the microwave like ceramic bowls do.

I had bought a bowl a few months ago at Target. One of my coffee mugs fell from the shelf breaking the bowl. I didn't expect that to happen. I searched high and low for another one. It worked perfectly for my guacamole dish. Now, I have two. Hopefully, I don't come across another accident. The bowls are lightweight and easy to serve guacamole in them. Easy to clean. Corelle don't break easily. They just don't return home when visiting others.

I actually intended to order a smaller bowl than these but somehow made a mistake. However, I am getting a lot more use out of these than if I had gotten the smaller ones. They are the perfect size and depth for the food prep I'm doing, and they store more conveniently among my other bowls in my tiny kitchen. Sometimes mistakes aren't disasters. I'm really glad I have these.
