I don't know why everyone says this taste terrible. I bought this to balance water hardness of my water in green tea. I personally like the taste when not overused. In fact, I add this to make water taste a little sweeter. If you are making green tea with soft water, this is like a magic. It helps bring out more balanced flavor and a little more magnesium in your diet as well.I use 3-5 drops / quart of water depending on existing water hardness and type of beverage I use it for.After all, water hardness is largely determined by mineral composition like magnesium and calcium. Right amount of magnesium can make water taste quite good. If you add too much, I agree water taste terrible.

Very effective and needed.

This might be a great way to get calcium but I'll never know. I tried just a tiny amount in about a half glass of water and it tastes absolutely horrible. Its not just the taste either but the texture, the thickness of the liquid drops. They made me gag even tho it was diluted. I probably put about 15 or so drops into the half glass of water. I keep meaning to try maybe two drops but I haven't worked up the courage yet.

Great product. Taste is very strong but that’s what it is.

I am sure that the liquid calcium is good but the taste is so horrible and burns so badly in my mouth that I can not take these. I am looking for something else.
