The back screw and the stud itself could have been a little heavier. The screw is so very thin that the edges seem a little sharp. Don't know whether it will be comfortable. Hope it will be. Hope Premokshi will make nose studs with a little thicker screws and stem of the stud even if they have to raise the price. I would certainly order if they will. Because the quality is so good. And prompt delivery by Amazon, as usual.
