Love this pill cutter! I have bought pill cutters before and not as good as this one! Firstly it has the cutter.. a small container for all the pills you cut and templates and a case to keep the templates in! I love the templates especially when you are trying to cut all shapes of pills and cut them accurately and evenly! Wow… great idea! It makes this chore so easy and accurate! Secondly the cutter has a metal blade not a plastic one! What a difference! It was worth the price! Would definitely buy again!!!!!

It's very hard to find a decent pill cutter. This one is.It's not perfect.The cuts are not razor clean without any pill dust, but it's the best pill cutter I've found in my multi-year search.I like that it has a number of different inserts for various pill shapes and sizes to hole them firmly in place for the cut.

Oh my gosh, this tool has been a lifesaver. My daughter has several health issues and wasn't able to swallow pills for a long time. This pill cutter worked perfectly for our needs. It has little inserts to fit various size pills. We had to cut one pill into quarters and this tool was able to do it without decimating the pill most of the time. It is very effective and easy to use.

As someone who relies on precise medication management, I was hopeful that the Fullicon Pill Cutter would be a reliable addition to my routine. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory.First and foremost, the pill cutter fails to deliver on its primary function: splitting pills evenly. Despite its sharp blade, I consistently found that the pills were not cut with the precision I expected. This inconsistency not only affects the accuracy of dosage but also leads to frustration and wasted medication.Additionally, the silicon holder, which is intended to secure the pills in place during cutting, proved to be ineffective. Rather than providing stability, it often added to the difficulty of the process, resulting in further irregular cuts.Perhaps most disappointing is the lack of durability exhibited by this pill cutter. Over time, the entire unit began to deteriorate, with components loosening and the overall structure becoming less reliable. Considering the importance of consistent medication management, this lack of longevity is unacceptable.On a positive note, the inclusion of two large pill organizers was a convenient feature, but it hardly compensates for the shortcomings of the pill cutter itself.In conclusion, while the Fullicon Pill Cutter may initially seem like a convenient solution for splitting pills, its subpar performance and lack of durability make it difficult to recommend. Those in need of a reliable pill cutter would be better off exploring other options on the market.

I have used pill splitters for over 20 years and have gone through a lot of them. I had one that was very basic and worked great for a long time. But the blade eventually got dull and started shattering the pills. Since that one failed I have gone through a lot of splitters. They have shattered pills, fallen apart after a few uses or have those flimsy plastic guards that slide to protect you from the blade that end up not allowing the blade to cut the pill. (Good thing these are cheap) I have been very frustrated and didn’t think I would ever find one that would work until I saw this one. The concept of using the silicone pill holders seemed like a good idea, but some of the ratings indicated this was not the case. And the guard system is designed so that it doesn’t get in the way of the blade making contact with the pill. So I decided to give it a try. I am very happy with how this splitter has performed. I take multiple medications and was able to find a silicone holder to fit each medication I take if it becomes necessary to cut them. This splitter has made each cut perfectly. So far I have found this splitter superior to any I have used in years.

It broke within 5 minutes. The blade got caught in the silicone pill holder and I couldn't open it up to get the pill out. Prior to that I noticed the holder didn't lie flat so the pill was free to move around even though the size of the hole in the holder was very close to the size of the pill.In reading the reviews there were conflicting reviews about how many cuts it makes - some said only 2 others said only 4. I was wanting to cut a smaller pill into fourths and was able to do so before it broke. However, you have to make 2 cuts. First you cut the pill in half and then rotate it 90 degrees to make the second cut. With smaller pills this is not easy.

Like many others here, this is my second one. The first one was fantastic. Lasted for 2 years before the blade became too dull to cut the hard coated pills I need it for. This one does not cut those pills even though it is new. Soft pills, with a score, is a challenge. The inserts are nice and very helpful but the cutter is practically worthless. Do not recommend.
