Very good quality Made in USA
These are really nice. Made in USA always quality. Slightly larger than I thought but that’s not a bad thing. I had purchased a new bow light and it’s plastic so this will help protect it. They have some good weight to them so they should hold up well. Card in photo is a business card for size comparison.

Just what I needed for the bow of my boat
I wouldn't buy these for a big boat as they are rather light duty, but for my 18" boat using 3/8" line they are perfect. My bow cleat is behind my bow light, so this will prevent a mooring line or anchor line from damaging the bow navigation lights. I wouldn't recommend them for 1/2" lines only 3/8" or smaller lines.
