I will never be with out this contraption ever again . This has been a complete game changer for me . I use it multiple times a day . They advertise it as not really being for carpets just refreshes... I invite anyone round here to see before and after photos of what it has done for my silver carpets with a molting GSD . It's given me back my clean home. It's amazing on my wood floors and vinyl to . Completely worth the money , get a good amount of work time out of it before it need charging but I have bought a spare battery to go on charge while I use it so I get longer. Extreamly effective and has a very strong suction ..I was shocked at how strong it is . Not all that noisy either wich I was shocked at . I'd say it's less noisy then my henry hoover . Weight is nothing it's very light wich is amazing for carrying up stairs and pushing around the floor . Love that there is no cords to get in the way. Self cleans it's self after use and it's very good at cleaning it's self .

I’ve just received my Swan Dirtmaster today and I must say, I’m incredibly impressed!! I have a Karcher hard floor cleaner which I’ve had for 7 years and although it does a great job, it’s heavy and wired. I wanted something that was good at cleaning but light and cordless. I’d actually ordered a different machine which broke the third time I used it so I sent it back and ordered this. I cannot express how impressed I am, it really does clean deeply. I have LVT in my kitchen so after I cleaned the floor, I did a test with damp kitchen roll and the floor was spotless! It’s much better than my Karcher ever was and it cost way more. It’s so easy to use, not too heavy and the floor dries so quickly. I especially like the self cleaning mode which really works. The only drawback so far is that I find the water tank hard to take off. It could also do with being bigger as you have to keep refilling it. Other than that, it’s a brilliant bit of kit.

This is the best hoover I have ever had!! It makes hoovering/mopping easy and simple ….. it’s a game changer! I hoover and mop my floor quite regularly and thought they were clean! I cannot believe the dirt/hairs it picks up. My floor are gleaming 🤩! It also cleans itself 🙌🏻 I will never be without one again! Well worth the money and makes my life easier

Awful. Worked well for a few weeks. Cleaned dirty water tank after each use. Then self cleaning didn’t work, smelled very bad when tried to use it, irritates your eyes even when advised cleaning solution to water ratio used. I wonder if many of the positive reviews are from those who purchased it recently rather than using it for a while first. Strongly advise against pirchasing this.

I’m actually really impressed! I’m shocked at how dirty my floors are considering I only mopped 4 days ago 😳 Either my old mop is rubbish or my family are wearing shoes indoors when I ask them not to. Really easy to use, I kept the voice guide on for my first use and I was told when I empty the dirty tank and refill the water tank. The self-cleaning mode at the end is a great idea. I’ve left the two tanks out to dry completely before I put them back. Not massively impressed with the smell of the Swan cleaning fluid although the floors are spotlessly clean. I think I’ll use zoflora or something nice smelling next time. Most of the weight of the machine is on the floor so it’s easier to use if you have mobility issues like me. Only downside: the on/off switch is too close to where I hold to spray the liquid so I turned it off a few times before I realised and adjusted my hand. I had to review this on first use because I was torn between this and a similar product from another brand, around the same price. Glad I made the investment and will be slinging my old mop!

So far, I am really liking this product. It makes cleaning a breeze. PROS: 1. Charging dock is fantastic,it means no more fiddling with wires. This can stay set up, and fits neatly next to a wall. 2. The self cleaning function is absolutely amazing. I love the fact that I don't need to wash the roller, and no need to buy extra covers. It is really easy to activate with the push of a button. 3. I know some reviewers switched the voice off, but I really like this unique feature. I am often in a hurry and clean ALOT having a young family. It means I don't need to double check a setting, or if it is connected/ doing something. It is quicker hearing the voice, than having to check. It is personal preference I suppose. I think if you often ask Alexa/Google hub for quickness, you'll benefit from this feature. 4. The battery life is longer than any other wireless appliance, that I've had before. The power is also as good as you can expect for a cordless 5. It is very easy to empty debris/dirty water out and rinse compartment. It is also easy to remove clean water tank and fill. This is the most easy to use vacuum I've ever had. 6. I love how the clean, and dirty water ontainers are separate. It is weirdly satisfying to see the dirt removed from your house, and shows how well this cleans. My previous cleaner was evidently just moving dirt around, I was horrified when I first used this. The floor look shiny clean, and this picks the water up fantastically and means the floors dry quickly. 7. The vacuum is nice and quiet for what it does. 8. It isn't as heavy as others I have tried. Sure you can get lighter, but those are the rubbish ones with the changeable pads. 9. I like how you can clean light rugs and thin carpet with this also, unlike others. I definately do find it more suitable for hard floors, but it does a fair job and had brought my rugs up lovely after acouple of goes. CONS: 1. I don't like that it doesn't clean the sides very well, you have to wipe along with a tissue/cloth when you clean. I have owned cleaners that are shaped better to clean closer to the edges. 2. It is a shame it isn't designed to be able to add a crevice tool, and upholstery cleaning head. This means I will have to purchase a handheld to clean down sofa and edges of rooms etc. 3. I am finding that when you you go to click the debris/dirty water container back into the vacuum, it is slightly temperamental. It is really easy to do, but can take a couple of tries if you dont hace the vacuum at the correct angle. You cannot click this in while on the charging dock either. I am also hoping this isn't a mechanism that may break down the line. If it is I'm sure it'll be easy enough to get a replacement. All in all alot more pros than cons. I highly recommend this vacuum washer. It is such good quality and well made/solid for the price.
