This printer is amazing! I purchased it so that I could print out Amazon return labels (and other things as required of course) and it is PERFECT for the job. The app is easy to download and navigate, and the print quality is fantastic.Info for potential buyers:- There is a QR code in the manual that will bring you to the app download.- It comes with a roll of paper already in it (A4 size, ie 8.5 X 11)- It needs the special paper as this is a THERMAL printer (no ink). I’ve seen a lot of questions about this; people don’t seem to understand. It’s like a receipt printer that will print full size pages.- After printing a page, you simply tear it off using the serrated edge on the machine, it’s very easy.- The printing is very quick; only took about 45 seconds to print 3 full size pages (Amazon rerun labels and instructions)

La stampante,per me,non stampa bene,non si connette facilmente al bluetooth,per capirci qual'cosa,ci vorrebbero le istruzioni in italiano ma anche se nella descrizione c'è scritto che ci sono moltissime lingue,non c'è la più importante per gli italiani,la nostra,magari ci sono le lingue più insospettate,di chissà quale popoli dell'Amazzonia,che vivono in mezzo alla giungla,che non se ne farebbero una benchè minima mazza della stampante,però quelle ci sono,ma la nostra no.Mi dispiace doverla restituire,la stampante in se e per se,era carina,mi piaceva esteticamente,ma come si dice(è bella,ma non balla).La consegna del pacco,è avvenuta regolarmente,con confezione perfetta,senza danni ne al pacco,ne all'articolo.Mi orienterò su qual'cosa di diverso,e magari che habbia le istruzioni in italiano,visto che siamo in Italia.

I bought this to replace my inkjet printer because my daughter does tutoring and her tutor has her use worksheets printed at home. I also send out a lot of packages and monthly ink costs were starting to get expensive. This little printer has solved all my problems! It prints labels quickly and easily, I can print multiple worksheets in less than two minutes, and I’ve had this for months and have not had to charge it ONCE! The battery life on it is amazing! This was a wonderful purchase and I recommend it to anyone with a small business or who prints a lot of documents.
