4/8/2025Installed this unit on my 2015 2door JK 2 weeks ago. Seems quality built. I would say that if you are considering doing this on your own, be sure to watch a few videos on youtube to make sure you are confident you can install it on your own. It isn’t necessarily too difficult, it is just very tedious; take your time.A few notes to make sure you don’t have to do this job twice:1. DO NOT use the O-rings and gaskets they supply you with in this kit. They are noticeably low quality. Buy and use the OEM pack:Mopar Engine O-Ring Kit - 68191356AA2. DO NOT use the pre-installed sensors on the unit. I unfortunately had to do the job twice. The jeep threw engine light and codes after I was done because it did not recognize the coolant temperature and oil pressure sensors on the unit. Order OEM or OEM quality sensors. All you have to do is unscrew them from the unit, and screw on your quality replacements. After re-installing with new sensors. Worked like a charm, no engine light or error codes given. The sensors i ordered are:Dorman 926-188 Engine Oil Pressure SensorMopar 5149077AB Coolant Temperature SensorOverall, great alternative to original. You are saving a lot of money going with this unit, but dont skip out on the O-ring gaskets and the sensors; even adding those purchases, you are spending considerably less than half the cost of the OEM replacement unit, and not to mention the hundreds on labor costs. If you are gonna do it, do it right, with the OEM quality O-rings, gaskets and sensors.So far, the housing is working perfectly. Will update in a few months.

Iborder these quite often for repairs in my shop. This one was for a 2021 Chrysler Voyager 3.6 and fit like it's supposed to. I did a side by side comparison of these vs Dorman and the finish quality on these are far superior. Dorman is great, but this is half the price of Dorman. I have had NO issues with these. I Highly recommend as I have installed about 12 to 15 of these with no problems. Just be aware of the port that inserts into the engine block. That seal needs a good dose of lubricant. I usually use lucas oil treatment because I always have something around and it works great!

This fit perfectly. This came fast and was able to get me on the road again quick. Definitely a good price for this part. The installation was easier the. Expected. So far we have not had an issue, this is definitely durable and have had no leaks at this point. I do a lot of driving.

Product arrived on time and packed in a form formed box. I received an extra oil filter and no instructions. I have watched several videos on how to replace it, and I do have mechanical knowledge of repairs. This part does take time to install. Took me about 4 hours but I did not try to get it done fast anyway. I like that it is all aluminum and had all the seals needed and replacement bolts. It went in the space pretty easy I think. Just try not to move it around while positioning it, not to disturb the seals.. I did switch out the new sensors for my old one that I knew were working. Cleaned out all leaked oil and lower intake and replaced the spark plugs while it was all open. My car runs good and so far no leaks, but I have only put about 100 miles on it so far. For the money this part saved me over what others were wanting, this is a very good deal and would recommend to anyone needing a new oil cooler for their 3.6 Chrysler product. Will update if needed. Only 4 star because of no instructions and extra oil filter is of little use since there is no o-ring seal for it. Thanks for a well built oil cooler. Oh and no problem with production flaking in oil or water ports as some others have mentioned.

Do not buy this. The oil cooler is defective. I pay 450$ labor to replace it. Went one day and noticed that there is oil in radiator reservoir still. Took it back to the Auto-shop and they explained that it was leaking and it was defective. As I personally saw that it was leaking. Do not try to go the cheap way out go with part that auto-shop want to install. Now they are not going pay for the labor cost because they sold me a defective part. If I would have gone with the auto-shop part they would have replaced it and labor would have been free. I hope the review get to the seller !!!!

I was in need of this item, mine was leaking oil badly. Had never changed or known about a oil cooler for this engine before. We thought that it would be a dealer item only. With that in mind I stop at the parts store to see if they would have it or even get a name of the part to go to a dealer. The parts guy told me to try Amazon, to my surprise, I found a listing for the part and the price floored me, and it would be delivered that evening. The parts guy found one also through them, but it would take three days to get and $305.00 to buy it. The amazon price did worry me some, but after getting it, it fit well, has performed well. Too this point every happy.

This has been on my jeep for two months now no leaks install went fine. I had also installed this along with the aluminum intake very satisfied so far.
