Been suffering fatigue, aching joints, dry skin and general malaise for the past 8 months. Finally went to NHS doctors - took 2 weeks to see someone. Didn't have any answers but did at least do a full blood test (I've paid in around 130K to the NHS over the past 51 years so I was hopeful of some kind of treatment)2 weeks later - blood test came back with everything within NHS parameters - shrug of the shoulders from the Professionals.Thought I was suffering from a mild thyroid type of condition although this didn't fit into blood test parameters set by NHS. I decided tried Iodine/Selenium together, 2 days later I was feeling much stronger, within a week I'm currently nowhere near so tired or achy. Hope this combination will continue to keep me feeling this way.

Doesn’t protect from radiation.
Minimum needed Iodine to protect from radiation is 65mg x2 for 18+. This is 150ug meaning you will need to take ~850 of these tablets per day to be protected.Probs works as a supplement though.
