Terrific Product for Heel Correction
For years I have struggled with spraining my ankle 1-2 times a year. With excellent balance it was determined my tendons had stretched and were unstable. The last time it was so bad I thought for sure I had broken my ankle, and the dr recommended surgery for my over stretched, weakened tendons. Looking at the heel of my shoes it is easy to see I supinate, or walk more on the outside of my foot. I decided to try the heel inserts as a last resorts, which by the way can be used for over pronators also just by switching which shoe it is used for. Ordering a few different types I found these to be terrific! The adhesive is strong but still can be adjusted or put into other shoes. The lift is comfortable and incredibly effective. I've ordered this product 4-5 times now and highly recommend this problem solving insert. They've been a life changer!

Wish they were a little higher
I've used them in my shoes and although they are helpful I wish they were a little higher. I wear out the outer area of the heels on my shoes so am always looking for something to stop this. Sometimes wearing flats increases the problem. These help correct the problem. I would suggest that you take them out of the plastic bag and let them air out before putting them in your shoes as they have a slightly musty odor either from being in the bag or the materials used in them, which dissipated a few hours later. The adhesive holds them in place and I can recommend you give them a try and see how they work for you. I think they are reasonably priced. As always they were delivered as expected on time.

Works great for correct over-supination, but everyone's feet are different
I've tried custom orthotics from a podiatrist ($$$), and over-the-counter full length orthotic ($$), and 3 varieties of heel wedges ($) for my over-supination. The truth is that feet are finicky and it's a lot of trial and error to figure out what works! (so take reviews with a grain of salt) These heel wedges work great for my over-supination, which if left untreated, results in pain in my cuboid and fifth metatarsal region (running overuse injury). Basically, all these inserts do is tilt your heel a little so you direct more force towards the center and big toe part of your foot. I've now bought several sets now, so they are in all my shoes. I recommend you start with one of any kind and wear it for a week before you decide to purchase any more. Sometimes an insole that feels nice at first (especially the cushier ones) can cause stress in other parts of the foot that you don't feel for awhile. I've found this with Crocs, Hokas, etc- they feel like lovely clouds at first, but then cause issues if I wear them for any length of time. Good luck on your foot pain journey!

Made for small feet
Should be specific about the size of these units. They ate for a womans foot. They should make them in different sizes for men also. Adhesive doesn't work. Don't waste your money unless you're a woman with small feet

Lifts heel
These lifts are comfortable, well-constructed, and it does help my peroneal tendinitis to have the outside edge of my foot lifted. I wish these were a little longer, they only fit under the heel. I wear A women’s 8, and they don’t reach anywhere near the arch. The sticky stuff is not terribly sticky either, so it slides around in my sandals but seems ok inside my tennis shoes.

Great value, just right!
Great great value. I also bought another brand of similar insoles for comparison and like these better. They are not too high or too sticky. I’ll be buying more of these for have in other shoes.I visited two podiatrists and they recommended foot surgeries and $350 insoles. I have flexible flat feet that pronate. So looked into their diagnosis and decided to give this a try. I love them! For $6 per pair, I feel my pronation, posture and hammertoes are getting better. Who knew a small incline could do so much!

MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED OR HOPED FOR THE PRICE
Wow, so much better than I expected after reading some of the reviews. My flat feet and pronation do not allow me to stand for very long at a time without causing my back to spasm. I have tried 300$ inserts and 100$ wedged sandals which provided some improvement, but not enough. I attached the clear silicone wedges to my wedged sandals, and was able to go 95% of my day before I noticed a hint of pain. I was so impressed, I sat down and ordered two more sets! At this awesome price, I plan on having one in all my shoes instead of having to think about moving them from shoe to shoe. The silicone ones remain stuck perfectly to my shoe. I have not tried the leather ones. They do appear to be a hair narrower, so we shall see. But the silicone ones alone are worth the price. And did I mention the fast shipping from this seller?

did not add the comfort I was hoping for
The adhesive wasn't strong enough to keep them from moving around and then it picks up dirt which makes it even less sticky
