Q: How long is the handle?

The same length as a mop or broom handle.

Q: Can you get parts re: handle, etc.

It came with handle and brush. I don't know if you can order separately.

Q: How do you turn to the brush you want to use?

The brush dowel (head) has 2 holes in it on opposite sides. Screw the pole into the hole between the Red & Gray bristles which means you will use either the light blue or dark blue bristles for cleaning carpet. OR, screw the pole into the hole between the Light blue and Dark blue bristles to use the red & gray bristles for cleaning tile or grout. Q: How does the brush rotate? My brush does not turn

You have to unscrew the head.....rotate it.....then screw it back on. Then, just rotate the handle to use your choice of brush. Hope this helps.
