Having taken these for about ten days, I was hoping to see some results by now, I do suffer from fluid retention on my legs, and I wondered if these would help, but the answer is no, They are easy to swallow small capsules, and I didn't notice any side effects, I will persevere with them, but haven't noticed any real effects with regard to water retention, why is my chief reason for taking products like this. On the plus side, I haven't needed to make rush visits to the smallest room, either....

I have been taking these tablets for approx 2 weeks now. They are having a very good effect on my swollen feet, water retention. I also seem to have more energy. I am well pleased and will order again. Thank you x
