I received the foot stool on time and packaged properly. Instructions for putting together were simple. I chose this item based on the look and the adjustable height. Once put together it was indeed as pictured but the knob to adjust height was not usable as a plastic piece used on the stand blocked hole necessary for adjustment. I created the hole in the thick plastic (which was a little work) and somewhat hard to reach. After making my own adjustment to the design, the foot stool was exactly what I needed. I am okay with my purchase but wouldn’t buy again because I don’t think I should have to fix a new product so it works as stated in description. On the other hand I needed to use item right away and decided it would be quicker and easier just to address the issue and get it done.

This ships quickly and in a sturdy box. Comes with all the tools you need to build the stool, even a screwdriver which I thought was neat! It’s very easy to put together. Takes about 3 minutes! It’s good quality. It’s sturdy. The leather on top is nice. It’s easy to adjust. It’s perfect for foot care. 10/10!
