At first I wasn't sure these were really doing much, but I still took 1 a day (not 2 as the package says) until the bottle ran out. Within a week of not taking them, I noticed my skin started breaking out again, I had more brain fog, a little more bathroom irregularity, etc. I ordered some more a couple weeks later and sure enough, within only a few days of taking them again, my skin started clearing up, I felt more mentally sharp, more regular, etc.These are an amazing value, and I especially like that there are multiple strains of probiotics and that you don't HAVE to take 2 a day to still get benefits. If you're on the fence, I'd say try them. They're a lot cheaper than some of the other probiotics out there and will provide more balanced gut health due to the variety of beneficial bacteria.

This was not a bad buy, I should buy again to do a better review cause I didn't take it consistently.

There are a lot of weird reviews on here, so I guess bodies might react differently, but they really work great for me... No more bloat, more regular and overall better feeling.Follow the instructions, take 2 capsules before bed and you will notice the results in a week or less.
