Saw this being used by a lady I follow on youtube. Didn't even know these were in existence. I hate lumpy miced/ground meat so decided to buy one. This makes breaking up foods so much easier. No more clumps of minced/ground meats, can use it on anything you want mashed down, veg, fruit, not just meat. Feels like it could do with being a little thicker where the head meets the handle, but so far so good. Saw complaints about it melting and snapping, but I have had no problems with it so far, but I don't leave it in the pan or put my full force down into it when mashing/separating the food, there's no need to. When I use it, I make sure it's flat with the bottom of the pan, not on an angle. To get foods away frm the side of the pan I just give it a twist as I'm mashing and it pulls the foods away so it can be mixed in with the foods in the centre of the pan. I highly recommend this item.
