I hate separating the bones and inedible bits from soup. I use these bags to place the turkey carcass, legs and wings in before placing in the soup pot. When the soup is done, I can easily remove the bag(s) and be left with clear broth and perfectly cooked veggies.

So happy I bought these, used them to make chicken soup. Used 2 & put 1/2 chicken in each one plus veggies. We were able to clean up & get the soup put away in less than half the time & we didn’t have to strain the soup.

Can’t wear them like regular socks, but works real well with soup.

Haven’t had gumption to use with bulk soup prep so I gave it to my sister who makes bulk foods. Good value and size.
