I like this product. Hope it does not change. I take the capsule, open it and put it in my coffee. Two of them. And it is fantastic and life changing... If you need that morning boost, this will help.

I find that these are helping with clarity, but if you are an insomniac like me, it may not be a good idea. I am having difficulty sleeping and the doctor said this could very well be the reason.

The ginseng has helped my energy levels, improving my work throughout the day allowing me to work and stay focused longer. It has also boosted my immune system helping me to get sick less.

I have been buying this very same Nature's Bounty Ginseng Complex item for a number of years, but the last batch had a quantity of only partially filled capsules, (half full). I'm ordering it again and will note if the capsule fill consistency has improved.
