VERY BAD EXPERIENCE & FAULTY PRODUCT. Waste of money, time and harrassment.
Very bad experience. Ordered a laptop on 04/12/22. Received it but touch pad was not working. Tried everything with the help of Amazon and manufacture. But problem not solved, so put it for replacement. Received another piece, but same problem... Touch pad not working. Again tried everything with Dell service centre, Amazon customer care and dell support. But still not working. Now order is for refund. Both the time inspection done by Dell and they can't solve the problem. How a company like Dell and Amazon dispatches such faulty product. It's really very bad and time consuming process. Ordered a laptop on 04 Dec, paid money, waist of time, harassment and still nothing in my hand. It was really urgent for me to have a laptop for a Imp work on time. But still waiting....
