The Latest Update- when my pump began to slow down I contacted the seller for advice on how to revive its performance. The seller immediately offered a replacement which arrived in two days. The pump when working is terrific and now excellent customer service. Nice to deal with a reputable company. I am sure we will be enjoying this wonderful fountain for hopefully long time to come. Update-We have had this set up for about 10 weeks. For the first couple of months it worked great as described in the original review below. Despite having a stretch of dry sunny weather the pump has now slowed considerably. It shoots water off and on, reaching maybe 3 inches. I clean the filter and housing almost every day but even with strong sun it is fading. Very disappointing because we loved watching this especially with lights at night- usually until midnight. Now it barely makes it to 9pm. Tried to contact seller to no avail. It should have lasted longer. Original-We purchased this to place in a bird bath in our garden. This was the first time buying something like this so didn't know what to expect. As soon as we placed this in the bird bath it immediately starting working, I guess it came with the battery partially charged. The water shoots up about 10-12 inches and it comes with a variety of attachments to vary the spray pattern. On a bright sunny day it works very well but on a cloudy day the spray is weaker. Following our first sunny day I was delighted to find that the fountain continued to spray water until midnight before exhausting the battery. And the best part was that after dark it puts on a beautiful light show with changing colors. I thought it might look a bit over the top but honestly it really looks great. I hope our little pump keeps up as the birds have now discovered the bird bath and we get regular visitors.. I am also hoping for more sunny days so the show can continue.

I have been using one of there for almost 2 years, it still lights up, and changes colors, and still pumps a good stream of water. I keep the filter clean, and it pumps a lot of water, You have to be mindful of windy days, as the taller the water nozzle shoots the water the quicker the wind will blow it out of the bird bath. I can empty your bath pretty quickly if you don't catch it soon enough, My solution is to use the nozzle, with the largest hole, that will keep all the water in the bath, and still circulate a big volume of water, I think that helps keep the water cleaner and healthier for the birds. I do remove it during the winter months, I forgot a couple times, water froze, but not deep enough to freeze or break the pump. I got lucky i guess. The lights change color, and really look nice at night. Since mine is now old, the batteries don't last as long as they used too, I only get about an hour of lights anymore, but still enjoyable. I think it was a pretty good value for the little I paid for it. Really surprised how nice it is.

I didn’t install this right away. I waited too long and when I opened it to try to install it, the parts do not fit together so now I’ve got a piece of junk that I cannot use. I’m not happy and there’s no way to contact the seller because it’s been too long. I’m over the 90 days.

The fountain was working perfectly, really enjoying it all of a sudden it stopped. I tried cleaning it but still was not working, the fountain was within the warranty, seller was very prompt with the issue and stood behind its product sending out a new one. The fountain is so nice and was very disappointed when it broke, I hope the new one works better. Reading all of the reviews I guess I got one that was just definitely…..

I bought this to accompany a bird bath that I bought for my wife on Mother's Day and we were more excited than I initially thought we'd be! First off, I love that it's solar powered so no maintenance, nothing to turn on and off, no batteries to replace! Very easy to set up from the box. Next, I love that it came with multiple attachments to select different types of fountain styles that you like, and they are super easy to change. Next, the fountain height and output are perfect! Lastly, when we saw it outside at night for the first time, it was so amazing! We love to look out the window and see the mild glow that is just enough to light the fountain and give our backyard a nice colorful glow. I have no regrets in buying this, well worth the money too. And I will be buying another one soon for our pool!

When I first put this in the water the lights came on and stayed on until the sun came up. I did notice the water wasn’t spraying out very much until it got a little more sun. The lights changed colors very nicely and regularly. I placed this in the middle of the yard so it could fully charge up but I will keep it close to where there is a small tree because my blue jays takes several dives into the water flying onto the trees tiny branches shaking off the water and diving back into the water. Very entertaining to say the least. And if anyone who wants to know I got the cute bird bath from Lowe’s. Shape like a flower. It’s sturdy and made with hard plastic. The bowl tightens well and easy to come off if you need to remove it to clean it. But it’s not always necessary. I’m glad I choose this one over the cheaper one because my hopes that it will last longer. I will do an update as the months go along.

I bought mine in May and it just stopped working 60 days later. I took it apart and cleaned the mesh filter per the instructions and hosed out any debris several times a week. The stabilizer straws always came off too- there is no set spot to put them- you end up attaching them to some of the cables underneath- very frustrating. When it was working the lights at night were pretty and my hummingbirds danced in the water. I definitely did not get 10,000 hours of use out of it- and I have plenty of sunshine in Arizona!! Disappointed.

Bought 2 of these and both did not work. At 50 each it wasn't cheap and very disheartening as both where gifts. Do not purchase avoid at all cost. Very cheaply made

Ok product didnt compare at all well in a pond to similar priced solar pumps with a panel.

Desde que amanece está trabajando la bomba. Entre más sol es más intenso el chorro. Solo es de escoger el adecuado para que no salpique fuera del recipiente. Por que si se sale el Agua lo estarás rellenando constantemente. Le Da un toque especial al jardín u lo mejor es ver las aves acercarse a beber y tomarse un baño. Muy contento con la compra

I've had mine for 3 summers so far. Worked as good when I put it away this fall as when I first set it up. No troubles what-so-ever.
