The media could not be loaded. The product arrived safe and sound with no damage. Instructions were easy to follow regarding set up.We had the one pound propane tank which is required, but want to remind folks this product does not come with one.As you can see mine is sitting on on a glass table top with ample room around the umbrella hole for it to fit. It comes with a cover when not in use. The simple toggle switch to start is where I dropped a star.It says you'll hear a clicking sound and it may take a bit for it to start the first time. This is correct and make sure no one is standing over it as you get that WHOOSH of flame when it starts. We don't use it daily and go through this process each time. It has one member of our family a tad nervous when starting it.Since our table is smaller it does throw off some good heat and gives ample light to the room. It's been so hot we haven't used it a lot this summer, but plan to use it more often in the fall and winter.
