Very good value for money

Beware if your first language is English. The user manual is an extremely poor translation from Mandarin. Little of the details needed make any sense. There is no understandable fault-finding instructions (printed in 4 languages but each one is a very poor translation). The 'Magic Eyes' have even less coherent instructions (here's a sample - because this product shoot power big, so when shoot machine with receive .... etc) bizarre! Nonsense. There is no email or phone for a help-line. Currently, the remotes are not working on my installation so I am considering options.

This has made life easy for me as I don't have to get out in the rain to open and close the gate. It takes a bit of work to fit, but worth it. My only problem is that occasionally I come home and it's opened itself leaving my garden insecure. I can only presume someone has a car key with the same frequency, this needs sorting out ASAP so I will contact the manufacturer, hence the 3 stars.

Do NOT buy from here. It arrived very late. It did not work after fitting. It was returned and now refusing to refund. No communication. No after sales. DIRECT from China is my guess.
