I love making milk tea with this! It’s really calming and delicious. I combine it with chamomile for extra relaxation.

This is a delicious reishi mushroom hot chocolate with an extremely low sugar content (just 2 grams of organic coconut palm sugar per serving). Each packet makes 4oz of rich hot chocolate that satisfies my sweet tooth in the evenings. I mix with hot water and add a splash of unsweetened almond milk. And no, you do not taste mushrooms. :)

I've used this product multiple times, I very much enjoy it. However, I would recommend to drink it with a tab bit more than the 8 oz liquid recommendation. Also, in my case it really did help me get a good nights sleep since its hard for me sometimes, but the next morning I would have a very difficult time waking up. I would recommend you start drinking a fraction of it and once your body gets used to it increase the amount.
