Thread broken after two week | Good customer service
I used this shower arm with same brand of alton 12 x 12 inch shower head, which is 1.4 kgs. After two weeks the thread of shower arm was broken, which caused damages to the shower head also.I submitted complaint to alton company, they sent the new shower arm without hesitation and receive the item today. I am so thankful for their services.I think they should replace the shower head also since there was a big dent on it which was caused by sudden hit on the floor due to broken shower arm thread.

So thin and light weighted
The longevity and the product material can be judged by the ageing process. It has got a chrome shiny finish. It is mentioned as Brass material with ss finish. I feel it so light and very thin. So unsure to verify the quality and durability of the product just by look and feel. I was expecting a product that is rigid and evidently stand out that it is made of brass. Otherwise, it looks good for now.
