It works!
Needed to connect some hose fittings and this was the missing piece. Definitely a pin to get in hose fully but this just means it'll never come out. Great product and worked exactly how I hoped!

Same as all my other Russell purchases, great quality and convenience. If you are assembling twistlok fittings and hoses, you may need the Koul tools hoses assembly fixture, it is pricey but will make your life easier.
