Q: Are all of these 100% cotton? I have ezcema and it's need to be 100% cotton

Hi, the blue short is 100% cotton, but the heather grey has some polyester in it to create the heather look. This 2 pack knit shorts come in 4 color combinations. The only combination we office in 100% cotton for both shorts is the Black/Red combination.

Q: are they tight around the leg or loose?

They are loose on me. Very comfortable to sleep in.

Q: Do they shrink when washed

I purchased the navy blue/heather gray package and washed both shorts together in the laundry. The heather gray shorts did not shrink very much, but the solid navy blue shorts shrunk a lot and were too small to wear.
