One piece of advice I'd like to offer is to read this book continuously. Don't skip around the chapters, as the content can be quite volatile, and each section builds upon the previous one. To truly grasp the concepts, a systematic and regular approach is essential. It took me approximately 3.5 months of consistent reading to thoroughly understand the subject matter.
