Perfect

I order these ear replacement and found out there was no adhesive to the new ear cushion. So I was not able to attach the replacement back on. Also the replacement was smaller than my headphones.

The pads were too big for a simple swap, as they are designed for. However, did not have time to send back for replacement and fixed a compatible connection via cutting a large circle from hard plastic lid and glueing that to the pad connector for the headset. Next morning, put the new pads onto the glued plastic and connected to headset. While these took extra work to connect / install, they were well worth the effort. Would buy again, especially since I already have the setup for this size.Even though I had to create my own connection adapters, I gave 5 stars because of the comfort and noise cancelling.Comfortable because in meetings all day and ears do not hurt at the end of the day.Great noise cancelling because people around me are talking but it is almost dead silence when I put these on. AWESOME.

These didn't fit as replacement

The size was correct and they look identical to original except I needed purple but wasn't offered. Be sure not to take the rubberized surface underneath the originals before replacing. Stay in well.

These worked perfect, however, you may want to purchase a few pairs in the event they peel.
