What do you do if joint falls in the container

Keep a long hemostat handy - it's like a LONG roach holder. Turn the PowerHitter upside down until you see the joint across the opening - then grab the J with the hemostat & pull it out. Do this over a container in case it's still burning or if it rips. Mine came out bent but whole. The answer is NOT to use filters, they are TOO BIG and J can fall out. Just hand-twist the ends of your J & insert the slightly opened end into the holder - TWIST it in.

It has a bad chemical smell, how can I get that smell out before I use it?

A pre-made blunt won't fit in the standard holder. The company website offers a larger holder for $10. This unit is very small and unfortunately the second time using the cherry fell off and melted a hole into the thin plastic bottom.
