Hadn’t used chalk before and got this because I’d started to lose grip on heavy one-arm kettle bell swings. This worked well and can swing confidently again now. Easy to apply, and don’t need much so this bottle should last a while. Recommended ✅

It’s ok. I was using another brand but it was out of stock. Not excellent for my pole classes but kind of does the job. Stains a lot and the bottle spills when you open it, thus the 4 stars

Works well and smells great. Your hands will definitely need a good wash after though. Lasts forever.
