It's not horrible, but it's not great, either. It doesn't actually keep toothpicks in place, so you have to hold it *perfectly* level, otherwise the toothpicks will slide around too much. The priming mechanism is a surefire way to chip your nails, too.And even when you do shoot the thing, it hardly has any velocity to it, barely able to stick into an old envelope I had.If you want a good way to sling toothpicks, just get a crossbow one

Little gun, big fun
These little shooters are awesome! I have 3 kids, so this was a must have. I load them up with the rubber bands, wait until my wife starts cooking dinner, then give the guns to the kids and they know what to do! The little assassins sneak up behind their mother and unload their bullets faster than she can turn around and yell at them!
