Q: My dog destroyed the mesh or net cloth, is there anyway to get relplacement? The frame is okay.

Q: Why does this thing get so cockeyed and twisted looking and how do i fix it?

As I recall, and it's been a little while, you have to be careful to lay the pieces out exactly as they're shown in the instructions so it all fits together properly, before slipping the tubing through the canvas. That's the only thing I can think of to why it seems wonky. Once you get it together, it's very nice.
