Good fit for small ears!
The gel earbuds are very soft to wear and the sound is perfect! The volume can be adjusted by the tab on the ear cord. The small box they come in holds everything well without having to de-tangle the cord. The box is like a compact and is easily stored in your purse or pocket.

Working good
In earlier purchase, the left one did not work. However, the customer service was very helpful. They shipped me a replacement without any cost. The new earphones are good and does not have any issue.

Poor quality
Out of the box, these headphones seem sturdy and well made. Unfortunately, the first time I used them on a walk the left earpiece quit working completely, and the right earpiece started cutting in and out randomly. The sound quality was on par with any other cheap headphones. I have had better experiences with $5 headphones from the gas station. Pick a different pair.

Love These
I love everything about these ear buds. Color, price, sound, quality. They even came in a cute zipped case. I was not expecting that. It also comes with extra sleeves for the buds (not sure what they're called) and a clip to clip the cord to your shirt. I just received them today so I am unable to speak on durability.I like that they are wired bcs I don't need or want anything else that has to be charged.

Unreliable
Good sound quality and comfortable, BUT frequently just stops working, esp. if you switch apps. Sound reverts from headphones to speakers. Happens on every set I've tried. Connector is very snug in my Pixel Pro 8, so it's not a disconnect problem.Update: I was contacted very quickly by customer service offering a full refund or replacement earbuds. Since it seems to be a compatibility issue with my phone they agreed to the full refund and would pass the info on to engineering to look into the problem.

Better than wireless earbuds!!
I am so excited to have cored earbuds again! The sound quality and microphone are great but the best part is, I never have to charge them! They also fit so much better in my ears... why have we settled for hard wireless earbuds that are so uncomfortable and fall out so easily?! ( oh, and You can't lose an ear piece if they are connected ;)Oh and the carrying case is nice and compact. Comes with extra ear pieces too. The fabric cord should hopefully hold up well too.
