Very stable needle on this tuner
.. it doesn't waver all over the place. It has no bells n whistles ... you can't alter the 440 cycles ... but I never did anyway.Battery compartment clips into place but has an annoying small screw in it, which would make changing a battery in the heat of battle a bit of a pain .... but hey, at least you wont lose the battery cover!

Great as a free gift
I got this free when ordering a cheap wireless system. Works great for guitar but can struggle tuning a low b on bass. Before changing to bass mode it also struggled on the E. That being said by changing he position on the bass you can get it to intermittently tune a low b
