Purchased this Dell laptop for general-use, and overall it’s been a great value for what it offers. Decent screen size, fast boot/load time, and a good amount of RAM for multitasking.

Microsoft Apps only
When I first got the computer I almost sent it back. I couldn't load any apps other than those from Microsoft. I found this was a setting supposedly to stop malware but also stops all google apps. Microsoft doesn't have a large selection of apps. I found out how to change the setting online and now I am happy with the purchase.

Hinge Problem
Very disappointed in product. Left side hinge is malfunctioning and now border is separating from screen. I bought it in late 2022 for a part time job that I work at for approx. 3 hours a day 3 days a week, so not overused or abused. Also, battery life is very poor. Does not last longer than a day with a full charge. Both these concerns have been echoed by other users. Wish I had checked all reviews before purchase, although it may not have deterred me from purchasing it as it was a good price. Perhaps now I know why. Not sure what I am going to do moving forward - repair or replace?

Amazing Computer, Highly Recommend for Seniors, (Gift for my DAD)
Can't beat the price and can't beat the quality of a Dell. I bought this for my dad because he needed for non-complicated things, and its the best to get for seniors I believe. Fast, reliable, won't break down, highly recommend!!

Me gusto bastante, muy rapida, la carcasa de plastico se siente bien aunque si fuese de algun otro material seria excelente, pero el sistema se comporta bien, me gusto el producto. La bateria durara creo es depende el uso pero nada fuera de lo común
