Fitness Wall Mount Pulley System, Weight Cable Pulley System for Gym, Lat Pull Down and Low Row Cable Machine, Cable Station Equipment

I mounted two of these in my home gym, which has cement walls. Incredibly sturdy, I hung 300 pounds on it and it did not budge. Great Anchors for Cement I must say, very pleased with those anchors. The compromise is that since there are two cables and pulleys, you need to offset the bottom pulley which creates a bit more friction/resistance and probably wear on the insulation of the cable. Not a huge deal though - I lubricated it with some WD40 and it helped. I added a swivel pulley that did wonders, which I do recommend that they change at some point going forward. Overall a great product in my opinion, and easy to install if you're reasonably handy.

I bought two of them and space them apart from each other and use them as a cable cross over as well as their other features, triceps, pull downs, and such

Buy it and save over any conventional gym equipment.It is missing a component to fix it on drywall, but this can easily be overcome with a wooden board and screws fixed into the drywall's wooden studs. You can mount the screws into the wood board then, and it's concrete lag bolts hold secure in the wood. Put over 100lbs on it no problem

I have been using it for over a year It has been working out very good once you start investing into more handles and different attachments It becomes very versatile And for my garage gym space-saving

dont like both cables on one weight one cable gets in the way and you dont get the crossover cable like in the picture once again they suck
