Great Licorice Tea
We have been drinking licorice root tea for decades now. I started it many years ago when I used to smoke. It is an expectorant, meaning either from smoking or cold, after drinking it, one will spit up phlegm, clearing up your breathing. It has another benefit, after drinking it, a cigarette will taste awful because of the sweet taste it leaves in the back of the mouth. It might help you quit. I did, many years ago. I like the taste of it, just like Ginseng tea, they need no sweetening. I have not had any for a long while. I had two leftover bags of this same brand in a sealed cannister, and they were great. I found these here on Amazon, and I am now a happy camper. Same great flavor.

May help with heart issues; pretty tea
I picked up this tea after a surgery that ended in cardiac arrest. First evidence I received of a heart issue. We also picked up a stethoscope and heard a disturbing amount of murmur, especially on days preceding major storms. This tea is easier to use than capsules and tastes reasonable. I include it in a mix of herbs and the fruity taste masks some of the more bitter herbs as well as turning the tea an appetizing red color. Since using hawthorn for a few years, the murmurs are less frequent [disclaimer: the other herbs are not supposed to help with the heart, but they may be a contributing factor]. The downside is that these little boxes of teabags are more expensive than buying dried hawthorn berries and hibiscus in bulk. But the teabags are more reliably in stock and available on subscribe and save.
