Installation
There were manufacturing defects wherein fire died on moving to SIM. Raees Ahmad who was tasked with installation of cooktop by Faber India, resolved the concern to our satisfaction

Bad quality product from Faber
The media could not be loaded. Just after one month of purchase problems started appearing in one of the burner. The flame went down. Have raised complaint twice but condition remains the same. Either the service engineers are incompetent or the product quality is subs standard.Now the burner knobs are turning hard to operate. It’s so stiff that you need to put lot of pressure to operate. Have complained so many time and even got the knobs changed but the problem persists.It’s a quality issue rather than and service issue. I wonder how come Faber is allowing this product to be sold which clearly tarnishes their reputation.

If you ignite with a utensil on burner, it causes combustion inside the burner. Makes noise.
If you ignite with a utensil on burner, it causes combustion inside the burner. Makes noise. Also, the body is powder coated material, which could rust over time.
