Work exactly as they should
I tinkered with these for the fun of it & found them easy to use. I really liked the use of jumpers to change i2c addresses - much easier than cutting and soldering traces. Also nice that they can be easily daisy chained with their connectors.

I/O Expander for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Pi Pico etc
These are very neat little boards for "breaking out" the IIC connection, commonly found on modern microcontrollers. This gives you an additional 8-bit port to use as you want. There are no contiguous 8-bit ports on the Arduino Uno or Nano, so it is handy to have a complete port for a change. The board has a 5-way pin connector at one end and a matching receptacle at the other, so boards can be "daisy chained" together for multiple ports. Links on the board set the bottom 3 bits of the IIC address so that potentially you could have 8 of these boards strung across the desk, giving 64 extra I/O pins! There is an interrupt associated with each module, which is part of the through connection.I would have given these useful little boards 5/5 if zero volts and + supply appeared on the break-out connector! Then you could connect switches, LEDs etc with no flying wires. Still very useful and excellent value - you would be hard pressed to buy the parts at this price!

Funcionan correctamente
