Easy to use; fit all the different sockets I tried it in. I used it in Brussels (Belgium), Switzerland, Copenhagen (Denmark), and Stockholm (Sweden), and it worked just fine in all places. I plugged both my phone and my laptop into it at the same time - no problem. The extra-long prongs for the European setting were really useful, as the square shape otherwise would not have fit the recessed sockets I found in Switzerland. Seems like a quality product - heavy and sturdy.
