Great digest enzyme capsule supplement
This is my 3rd bottle. These digestive enzyme capsules have been working well for me. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I’ve noticed better digestion and less bloating since starting them. Solid everyday supplement.

Must have when traveling
As someone with a lot of stomach issues, these work so well at reducing and usually eliminating any discomfort from eating a large meal or food I'm not used to. When you are on holiday with family who won't cater to your food preferences, these are very helpful

So many enzymes!
I'm so glad Dr. Bo came out with a new digestive enzyme formula! The one I used to order from Dr. Bo was discontinued. It works really well for breaking down foods that bother my GI tract and contribute to problems with IBS. However I noticed it doesn't contain any lactase so it may not be suitable to be used in place of a lactase enzyme for folks that need help digesting lactose. I do believe some of the included enzymes help break down dairy components, just not the lactose.

Works well to help with constipation and clearing out the intestines. I like the added black Walnut to help with parasites.

This is the truth!!! I've bought several bottles for me and my daughter. I've even had my had my sister get it. I love these no bloating or cramping. I've had gut issues all my life and this stuff right here...I have never been so regular in my life ...Bless Dr.Bo

I needed a new brand of digestive enzymes because the ones I used went up in price, and I had to take three before each meal. They didn't always work. With this brand I only need to take one before each meal or snack. I have used it for a few weeks now and it works pretty good, I haven't had the discomfort after eating. I recommend this brand.
