It's compact and classy gas stove with good features
Previously I had a two burner gas stove for almost 16 years. I was looking for a 3 or 4 burner gas stove after doing a lot of research . This gas stove is very sleek and looks good in my kitchen and doesn't capture much space ispite of the fact that it is quite big in size and I can cook in big cooking utensils like cooker and kadhai . My kitchen platform is not very big so I wanted something which fits perfectly and this one is just perfect. As I said it's very easy to operate as it is automatic which means it doesn't need lighter to light a gas. It is extremely durable and toughened glass. Cleaning is very easy as it has a steel round tray below the burner. The whole material used is of high end quality which makes it looks like a very classy gas stove in an open kitchen like mine. We are a family of 4 people and it's just best for us and cooking time is less for me in the early morning hours when everyone is rushing to school and office . The ISI certification guarantees safety benefits.

Worst stove in the world
Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues since the day I purchased it with its functionality and safety. I would like to outline the specific problems I have encountered:1) Auto-ignition problem: Auto ignition doesn't work well; you need to twist it 5 to 10 times to ignite it. Slow flame:2) The flame is too slow, not sufficient to cook fast. Frequent gas smells:3) Gas leaks Frequently, we need to keep the regulator closed. These issues have significantly impacted the performance and safety of the stove, and I am concerned about the potential risks they pose to my household. As a customer, I believe that the stove's current condition is unacceptable, and I request prompt action to address these concerns .In light of the aforementioned issues, I kindly request the following actions be taken:1) Immediate Replacement: I request an immediate replacement of the defective stove with a new and fully functional unit. Expedited Inspection:2) Arrange for a qualified technician to inspect the faulty stove promptly to identify the root cause of the issues. Warranty Coverage:3) Confirm the warranty coverage for the replacement stove and assure that any associated costs for the replacement will be covered. Customer Support Contact:4) Provide a dedicated customer support contact person and contact information to facilitate efficient communication throughout this process. I have registered three to four compliances.Raised a complaint two months before nut no response till date

Post service from BRAND
So I am writing this review after using 2 years.After I have purchased this product I had required of changing of parts 2 times during warranty period and post warranty expire with 3 months I agin needed replacement of part.So this time when I registered my call in service center person whose name has been received on message has not visited, someone else visited took the visting charge and close the ticket without replacing the part, second time same issue happened and assigned technician sent someone else but it would be ok if my issue got resolved, but that person did not resolved the issue and again closed the ticket and brought old parts for replacement. Third time I again called service center and the person who was dealing said that mam this time if your issue will not resolved please call again and this time I told them to connect me with senior person, and the senior person also told me that this time your issue will be resolve within 48 hours but I got received again call from non assigned technician who visited second time with old parts after 5 days, when I called back to service center and talked with senior person he said mam your issue will be resolve, I have escalated your issue with mail.Now I dont understand that a complaint which is being registerd from 1 month, is still not being taking seriously.My gas burner is giving issue since 2 months, all the utensils has been burnt and producing free coal.Services of wonderchef is worst. And their call center is even worst.I will suggest everyone to invest money in a good and reliable product which can give you good post services as well or at least they can confirm how much time they will take to resolve your issue instead of fake visit at your premises after every complaints.I have dropped an email too after third call, but no response received on my email till date, its been more than 4 days.

Worst gas stove... It look like 22 months it's fault... 2 years warranty is not completed but this stove is many times problem... And loacl stores are not recovery this stove.. this is full and full made china

Gas leak in 2.5 years
Looked good. But unfortunately started leaking gas from elbow joint in 2.5 years.
