Bought this backpack for my 10th grader. We decided on the gray-green color. So far it works great and there's lots of space to hold books, notebooks, folders, and a Chromebook. The padded back pocket offers some protection for a small laptop or Chromebook. The only thing we didn't like is that the side pockets are narrow. My daughter likes to take an insulated water bottle to school. This backpack will only hold a slender water bottle (not the wide-mouth ones). We had to take the protective boot off the water bottle in order to make it fit in the side pocket. But all in all, it's a great backpack.

My daughter love this backpack but the only thing she finds annoying is the zipper. Sometimes the zipper gets stuck and she had to jiggle it a few times before it gets unstuck. It’s fine but it can be really frustrating during the middle of class when she’s trying to get something out

i was nervous when i ordered this because most of the reviews talk about how unsturdy it is. i bought mine in april 2023 to use as my daily backpack (i'm a college student). it's currently march 2024, and i've been using this backpack daily for over a year. i use it every day for my college classes, have used it for traveling (including as my personal item on a plane), overnight stays, etc. and it's not showing any signs of wear—except for the small holes i've put in the fabric from using buttons/pins. i would totally buy this again, best $25 of my life lol!

Tons of space and pockets would definitely recommend it's more green than it is gray though so if your looking for a gray backpack it's looks entirely different than the color in the picture in person but my daughter likes green so it was fine.
