Perfect replacement for original equipment
This shower head and hose was a perfect original equipment replacement for our broken shower system. Installation was very simple only requiring unscrewing the old hose and attaching the new one. I followed my plumber's warning to only hand tighten the new hose so that it could be more easily be removed in the future. The brushed nickel finish matched perfectly with the existing components.

Best Show Head Ever
I have now installed 3 different shower heads never to be satisfied. But now I've finally found the best one ever! I got the one the that puts out 2.5 GPM. I also got the showerhose and shower arm which is pretty important because I don't think the shower head would fit just any shower arm. The powder rain feels so good I don't want to get out of the shower. I can't say enough good things about this shower head...I love it!

cheap hose and plastic
The hose is made out of rubber and does not straighten out when taken out of the box. The showerhead - all plastic, that is rattling, does not feel solid at all. The only nice metal part is a bar, but it's holders that are supposed to bescrewed to the wall and hold the whole structure are also cheap painted plastic. Will be returning.

I love Grohe products. They last for decades, are thoughtfully engineered and easy to maintain!

DON'T pay a premium for something that won't last
Lasted for about 18 months then sprung a leak and one day the hose detached from the wand — pretty irritating! Especially since hansgrohe is supposed to be good.

Good Product but possible design flaw with hose/handheld connection
This hose and wand disconnected after about 5 months and won't go back together. I turned it on day and they separated. I've contacted Hansgrohe to determine if a repair or replacement is possible, but haven't received a response (1 week ago). Other than this issue, the product was great.
