The flavor is amazing, it tastes like a refreshing pineapple drink.I have tried so many different options of energy drinks but they bother my stomach or make me feel weird, this one does not. You can bring it with you in your purse and just simply add it to your water.I highly recommend it.

I find that Liquid I.V. has a strange consistency and flavor to them. I've tried many of the flavors and the pineapple, mango and coconut are the closest to tasting what they are supposed to be. Some flavors are really strange tasting. I'm sticking to these 3 flavors now. They really help my dry mouth problem which is why I was recommended to using them.

This flavor has been my far favorite out of the different ones that they have in their line. I really enjoy using these during my time on keto as they are lower in carb for my day. They also give me a little boost of energy and help. keep my electrolytes in line so that I don’t suffer electrolyte cramps while on keto.Would highly recommend. My favorite way of preparing this is in a cup of warm 16 ounce black tea. The heat from the tea helps dissolve these really well and the tea balances out the intense citrus flavor. With each package being individually wrapped, it makes us very easy for use but also for traveling and storage.
