I've been undergoing some serious personal stress lately. My body was worn down. I couldn't eat, my sleep was sporadic, and I had no energy or tolerance for daily inconveniences. So happy they are selling this in 180 caps - I take this daily so 90 caps was once a month - My apothacary recently has been raising there prices almost every time I go in and it was up to 22.00 for 90 - This was 25.XX for 180 tabs! Just wish they had set and save - but at this price I'm not complaining and will only have to order every two months now.These work amazing for my energy - I am hypothyroid and on a very high dosage of T3/T4 - and still have low levels - and low levels of RT3 as well - so my body isn't absorbing T3/T4 - but this formula helps my energy levels alot w/out "jitterness" Love Vitanica - and they are made for women and my body seems to respond very well to their formulas.

It's an easy to swallow powder filled capsule, that I take one with meals morning, noon, and night. When I first began taking them it took a little over a week to notice the increase in energy but after that it continues to work great.

In the beginning this product was really great, my body was thankful for it.After a year I still like it, but it seems that my body due to aging decay, wanted some more help.So, I do continue using it on a daily basis routine, along with 2 other supplements.
