Great product and new to me!
I was so excited to find this online - I'm a recipe tester living in a rather isolated area and sometimes need to hunt down not-so-common ingredients. This arrived quickly, carefully packaged and sealed, and was absolutely delicious in my roasted pork marinade.

HORRIBLE CONDITION
Product arrived broken (shattered container with no lid), moldy and smelling of something like dish soap??? TOTALLY unacceptable condition. Please read other reviews and do NOT buy.

Disgusting
Product just crumbles when cut! crumbs are all you get & a MESS!!! I contacted seller they said that was because it was fresh! That is NOT how it was described, as what is the point if it just all granulates! Not what I expected! Has a bad smell too. SELLER WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY!I WANT A REFUND AS DESCRIBED YOU WOULD GET IF UNSATISFIED

its a block
Its in the form of a block, not easy to crumble or break the block to use. I expected it be a coarse powder. The plastic container itself is weak cheep not durable.
