Capco 4212-10, 10-Inch Chef’s Knife with Serrated Edge, Stainless Steel Blade

I have had a mate of this knife for almost 30 years. My son, who is an aspiring chef, wanted to have it for sentimental reasons so I gave it to him and bought a new one. The old knife (the one on the bottom of the photo) is perfectly fine, just needs to be sharpened occasionally like any knife, and the new one is exactly the same as the old one (just sharper!).This knife is a great bread slicing knife, a carver, and all around slicer. Cheap for what you get.Take care of it and it will last a lifetime.
